Ankle & Lower Leg Post Injury Taping
-         PowerFlex and PowerTape
 
Place ankle/foot in the dorsiflexion position.
 
PowerFlex is used as the foundation for PowerTape. It is important to remove all the stretch in PowerFlex in an application.
 
Apply 8 PowerTape (2”) stirrups with equal medial and lateral pressure (neutral pull).
 
Finish technique with circular and horseshoe strips and 2 figure eights and heel locks.
